Job :
• Provide routine nursing care and first aid in case of emergency
• Manage the infirmary: stocks of medicines, equipment, and medical records
• Participate in periodic medical examinations in collaboration with the occupational physician
• Raise employee awareness of good hygiene practices and risk prevention
• Detect and report any situation at risk to employee health
• Ensure follow-up of employees on sick leave and manage work accident declarations
• Produce regular activity and health statistics reports
Required profile :
Training & Diploma
• Moroccan State Diploma in Nursing (ISPITS or recognized equivalent)
• Registration with the National Order of Nurses of Morocco
Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing (experience in occupational health or industrial setting preferred)
Skills & Qualities
• Proficiency in French (written and oral)
• Good listening skills, discretion, and professional rigor
• Good stress management and responsiveness in emergency situations
• Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel)
